Postage:
A postage and packaging charge will be added to each item ordered.
Postage and packaging charges are:
New Zealand: $7.50
Australia: $10.00
Rest of World: $20.00
Please allow 5 - 10 working days for delivery within New Zealand,
and up to 14 working days for overseas delivery. Printing of
shirts may add up to 5 working days to these delivery times.
If your order is urgent please let us know.
International orders are posted via standard Air Mail. An express
service is available at an extra charge. Please contact
us if you require details of this service.
Payment:
We accept New Zealand cheques, bank transfer and Visa and MasterCard.
All cheques should be made payable to "Retro Cricket Ltd".
Cheques: please print out the printable order
form by clicking here,
fill out the details and post to us.
Bank transfer: This option is available on the
shopping cart and we will email you our bank account details
on completion of your order.
Credit
cards: Payment is made using PayMate Express. Since
2001 PayMate Express has been used by sellers in 37 countries
for safe trading online for payments using Visa and MasterCard.
Order details are sent over a Secure Server for your protection.
If you are not comfortable about ordering over the internet,
please contact us and we will be in touch with other options.
Payment can also be accepted via American Express. This
needs to be done directly with us and cannot be processed via
the website. Please contact us if
you wish to pay for your order by American Express.
Prices:
Prices are in New Zealand dollars and processed in New Zealand
dollars, and include GST. You may convert the price to your
currency by using the American
Express currency calculator.
Any customs duty or tax in the delivery country is not covered
in the purchase price and remains the responsibility of the
customer.
Returns and exchanges:
It is important to us at Retro Cricket that you are 100% happy
with your purchase and we are more than happy to do returns
and exchanges within 14 days from receipt of goods for a full
refund of the purchase price. Goods must be unused and in original
condition. Shipping and handling fees and printing costs for
shirts are not refundable on all returns, this also includes
returns due to manufacturing fault. Re-shipping charges will
be applied in the case of exchanges unless the exchange is due
to an error on our part.
Back orders:
If you are notified that a garment has been put on back order
please feel free to cancel or change your order at any time,
or wait and the garment will be sent to you as soon as possible.
We will always advise you how long this is going to take.
Care for your kit:
All of our products come with detailed care instructions. These
should be followed to get the best out of your kit.
Shirt sizing:
Please note that shirt sizes are on the smaller side. It was
the look of the time and we have tried to maintain this authenticity.
Chest sizes are:
Small - 85cm
Medium - 92cm
Large - 101cm
X large - 110cm
XX large - 119cm
For Australian and New Zealand shirts we can offer a made to
measure service for other sizes for an additional charge. Please
contact us for details.
